Combative Solutions classes are in session now at Old Dragon! If you are interested in learning something simple, practical and effective where we train a principal rather than encyclopedia of techniques then try Combative Solutions. The principals we draw from are Kung Fu San Soo, Kali-Escrima, Silat and Harimau Silat. These classes were developed for Women and Teens as a no nonsense self-defense style because it gets the job done with litte or no effort. These classes have been so sucessful that we have open up new times for all Adults and Teens.
If you are looking for health and fitness classes, then try our Tai Chi and Qigong classes. All these programs run on Fridays and Saturdays. Our Tai Chi classes are starting new forms this year, so don't hesitate and join our family of health now!
